Dot NAME Domain Name Registrations

Introduced in 2001, the Dot NAME top-level domain extension is the sole TLD meant for personal sites only. These domains can be personal or fictional names, aliases and/or other labels people are popular by. Initially, solely 3rd-level registrations were permitted, so if you desired to buy john.doe.name, you were required to do that under .doe.name. In 2004, however, the registration process was loosened and 2nd-level registrations were also allowed. Already bought 3rd-level domain names remained working.

You will have the chance to modify the WHOIS contact info, to park your domain, to set up Custom DNS records, etc. You can also move over an active domain to our firm if you receive its EPP transfer authorization key from the present domain provider and we will renew it when the transfer has been finished.
